I'm watching One Tree Hill. This show has more montages than I can count. Montages. I would like this summer to be one big montage of awesome-
ness. So I made a note in my
gmail tasks of which days I would do strength and which days would be
cardio. This was supposed to start Monday but why put it off. So tonight I attempted
cardio and didn't get very far. Partially because I am extremely out of shape and got tired pretty quickly (also it's time to get some smaller weights) and partially because I couldn't remember all the moves.
Soooo the point of this post....week one is upon us. And it's time to do some strength and cardio yall.
P.S. I got some cherries from the grocery store and one of them looks like a butt. I don't think I will eat that one.
Yay to putting cardio and strength in your calendar! That is key. Don't worry about not getting far with cardio. Get through 20 minutes--but take the intensity down! For someone just starting a cardio/strength routine, your target heart rate range (meaning how hard you are working) is reached much sooner than someone who has been working out for 5 years, 6 days a week. You will get to the point where you can pump it out, but don't push yourself too hard too soon. Also as far as the weights---we'll get them down. Practice will make you a sexy sexy pro :) Although you are already sexy!
